Housing Development – HOMECorp acquires and develops substandard housing and rehabilitates it for low, moderate and middle income households.
Property Management – HOMECorp manages 49 rental units in-house including leasing and property maintenance
Housing Counseling

First Time Homebuyer Seminars – HOMECorp offers HUD certified first time homebuyer seminars featuring a variety of topics including budgeting and credit, the mortgage application process, negotiating the contract of sale, the closing process and homeowner responsibilities. Foreclosure Intervention – HOMECorp counsels individuals who are experiencing the impact of pending foreclosure through referral services and one-on-one counseling
Credit Seminars – HOMECorp both offers seminars and counsels individuals one-on-one re: credit, budgeting and savings
Savings Programs & Incentives – HOMECorp counsels individuals to join savings clubs in preparation for homeownership
Municipal Consulting – HOMECorp serves as Administrative Agent for the Township of Montclair. As Administrative Agent, HOMECorp markets privately developed affordable units according to NJ Housing Mortgage and Finance Agency rules and regulations and performs the following services:
- conducts both homeownership and rental lottery drawings
- updates and maintains the wait lists
- certifies applicant income
- serves as liaison between applicants and mortgage institutions
