One-on-one counseling is available in person, by phone, by regular mail, or e-mail from HCCI in Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan, and Emporia. Education programs are offered in schools, for community groups, and in partnership with a wide variety of homeless and welfare-to-work programs. Publications are available directly from HCCI and are available from partner organizations, as well as most libraries in the state.
