Welcome to Housing Resources

This user friendly, web-based resource was designed for those interested in learning more about affordability in New Jersey and surrounding areas, options for equitable development and associations or organizations that support them, the home buying process, home ownership counseling agencies and seminar offerings, the legal rights/responsibilities of tenants and landlords, predatory lending practices, etc.

The Housing Resource evolved out of a COPC partnership between HOMECorp, the Township of Montclair, the NAACP Housing Committee and MSU faculty, staff and students. Containing many links to organizational, federal, state, county and townships web sites, it is designed to facilitate the exchange of information between the MSU campus and Montclair.
